My Mom told me once that while I was growing up, she always knew when something wasn’t going so well with me by the state of my room. I suppose as a teenager, that must have been a, ahem, relative scale.
I took a look around my apartment the other day, and something must be kind of off with me, ’cause, man! It’s a mess! But it is also true that a change to one’s surrounding can instantly improve your mood. Let’s hope this is indeed the case. With NaBloPoMo’s theme for June being home, I think this is a great chance to document my changes, post some home inspiration to help me along.
